This class is perfect for anyone looking to unwind and relax. We focus on gentle, slow-flow yoga, embracing poses that are seated, lying down, or in tabletop positions. This approach ensures a comforting practice, free from strain and stress, making it perfect for winding down your weekend. This class aims to stretch and release tension, creating a space for you to recharge, restore and (hopefully) relax in preparation for the week ahead. This class is suitable for all levels, from beginners to regular practitioners, that can sit or lie on a mat. What You'll Need: ✨ A yoga mat or soft (not too slippy) surface ✨ Enough space to lie down on your mat, ideally with a bit of space around your mat too ✨ Cushions/pillows/blanket for comfort ✨ Your favourite relaxing soundtrack Miss a Class?
